Additional terms

[13] If our spoofer reset your Windows activation or a subscription to a third-party product — no damages are compensated / there is no refund

[14] Selling or reselling subscriptions to our products without our consent is prohibited — the subscription will be removed

[15] Extending the subscription period in case of detection or an update — at the discretion of the project administration

[16] Buying software with the status USE AT RISK / UPDATE / DETECTED is entirely at your own risk — there is no refund

[17] We are not liable for a BSOD (blue screens and the like) — if Windows breaks, there is no refund and no compensation for damages

[18] The User accepts all possible consequences of using Auxiliary applications. The administration bears no responsibility whatsoever for the possible consequences of using Auxiliary applications.

[19] To confirm that a purchased product is non-functional you must contact technical support after the first launch of the product. Technical support may then request remote access to your PC using any program that provides such a capability. If you refuse this procedure, the funds are likewise non-refundable. If the problem is confirmed, you will be given instructions for a refund.

Any violation of the rules is punished by an indefinite subscription block or any other form of penalty that does not breach the terms of the Agreement or the User's rights.
