SMG: preparing Windows, running the loader and the spoofer

This guide applies to every SMG product we sell: SMG Radar for Escape from Tarkov, SMG for Hunt: Showdown, SQUAD, War Thunder, Marvel Rivals, Hell Let Loose and Unturned, plus SMG Spoofer for BattlEye. The launch process is the same for all of them.

Preparing the system

This is the most common reason the software refuses to start. Three steps, all of them required.

Uninstall antivirus software — disabling is not enough

Avast, ESET, Kaspersky and any other third-party antivirus must be fully removed. Turning protection off leaves the service running in memory, and it still blocks the loader.

Remove anti-cheats from other games

Faceit AC, Riot Vanguard, ACE, the Roblox anti-cheat and similar tools run at driver level and conflict with the loader. Uninstall them completely rather than switching them off.

Windows protection

Disable all Windows security components, including Defender, then switch protection off once more with Defender Control — Windows tends to turn it back on by itself.

Where to get the loader

One loader covers every SMG product and lives at cdn.smgcheats.com/client. Your key arrives by email after payment on our side and is entered in the loader itself.

The developer also keeps an interactive step-by-step version of the same guide, if clicking through steps suits you better than reading.

Launching

1. Download the loader using the link that came with your key.
2. Open it. The loader always runs with administrator rights.
3. Enter your key and click Log In.
4. Wait for the download to finish and click Inject.
5. Wait for the message telling you the game can be started.
6. Start the game, let it load fully, then press F2.

With Chams the wait is shorter: launch the game right away and press F2.

Spoofer and seed key

Some products include a spoofer. It offers to activate itself during launch and then asks for a seed key.

The seed key decides which hardware serial numbers the game will see. Save your seed key and enter it every time, and the numbers stay the same across sessions. If you have no seed key or want a random HWID, type 0 and press Enter.

Next the spoofer offers to clean anti-cheat traces from the system. Do it on every spoofer run, and always after a ban. Once spoofing and cleanup finish, the new serial numbers appear in the console.

After you finish playing

Restart the computer before launching any other game. The spoofer changes what anti-cheats see, and there is no reason to enter regular games with substituted hardware data — that is exactly how bans arrive out of nowhere.

If it will not start

Go through the preparation steps again: nine times out of ten an antivirus is still running or an anti-cheat was not fully removed. Check the product status on its page — if it is on update, it cannot be launched until the status changes. If none of that helps, message @ResellerCheatsSupport; we reply within a day.
